The neighborhood I lived in Queens was made up of my different people. One day, I looked out my second floor picture window, only to see this. It was a man with a parrot on his shoulder. Even in New York City, where you think you’ve seen everything, this was unusual. I knew I had to capture it in a drawing.

Even in New York City, where you think you’ve seen everything, this was unusual. I knew I had to capture it in a drawing.

This is a one of a kind, original, hand drawn, copyrighted work by artist Roxanne Baldiwn. It is created in archival, 100% cotton rag paper. The dimensions of the drawing are 16x20 inches, matted to 20x24 inches. A Certificate of Authenticity signed by Roxanne Baldwin will be enclosed.
