This came from a combimation of two ideas. I made a drawing of a late winter forest. In addition, I used an image I’d often seen, a carving of a heart, using the Valentines theme.

Romance is a common source of inspiration, and one I’ve used from time to time. Today, I’m happily in a relationship, and that affects the drawing as well.

This is a one of a kind, original, hand drawn, copyrighted image by artist Roxanne Baldwin. It is created with lightfast colored percil on atrchival 100% cotton rag paper. The dimensions of the drawing are 16x20 inches, matted to 20z24 inches. Shipping is included in the United States, except for Hawaii and Alaska.
